Advanced ZELLATON EVO Diaphragm Technology

Developed over more than five years, the ZELLATON EVO diaphragm builds on the company’s established hard-foam diaphragm technology. Its multilayer construction combines low weight with high rigidity, while the foam core provides excellent internal damping.

A specially optimised surface structure helps minimise unwanted resonances, supporting accurate and natural sound reproduction.

Two-Way Driver Configuration

The EMOTION EVO features a 220 mm full-cone low/midrange driver paired with a 30 mm soft-dome tweeter. The large low/midrange driver is designed to reproduce vocals, instruments, and bass with natural tonal character, while the soft-dome tweeter handles high frequencies with clarity and refinement.

Individually Hand-Tuned Midrange Performance

ZELLATON individually tunes its EVO midrange drivers by hand using a detailed mechanical adjustment process. According to the manufacturer, the EVO diaphragm can cover approximately 150 Hz to 7,000 Hz, helping maintain consistency through the important midrange region where vocals and many musical instruments are reproduced.

Down-Firing Bass Port for Flexible Placement

The cabinet incorporates a downward-firing bass port designed to support low-frequency performance while allowing the speaker to be positioned relatively close to a wall.
