The Reference 7 features two 154 mm Black Ceramic Tungsten (BCT) woofers and a 154 mm BCT midrange driver. Designed for high rigidity and low moving mass, these diaphragms help deliver precise bass, natural vocals, and detailed midrange reproduction with excellent control.

Powerful and Controlled Bass

Two 154 mm BCT woofers work with Canton’s Bass Guide system and a carefully tuned cabinet to produce deep, controlled low frequencies. This efficient design provides impressive bass performance and dynamic impact despite the speaker’s slim dimensions.

Clear Midrange and Detailed High Frequencies

A dedicated 154 mm BCT midrange driver reproduces vocals and instruments with natural tonality and fine detail. The 25 mm Black Ceramic (BC) tweeter, featuring a black aluminium oxide ceramic diaphragm, delivers clear, detailed high frequencies and smooth sound dispersion.

Precision-Engineered Cabinet

The Reference 7 features a distinctive curved cabinet with a rounded front baffle and carefully engineered internal construction. These design elements help minimise unwanted cabinet resonances, while asymmetrical waveguide rings optimise sound dispersion for accurate stereo imaging.
